Craig joined Sunderland Marine in 1996 and oversees all areas of marine underwriting for the Company.

Steve joined the Company at the start of 2009 having previously worked at Zurich Financial Services. He is involved in several geographical areas of the Company's business, including South America and Europe.

Having previously spent 13 years at Sunderland Marine, David rejoined the Underwriting Department in 2010. He is involved in East Coast USA along with other European geographical areas.

John joined Sunderland Marine in 1998 and moved from the aquaculture division to marine underwriting in 2009. He is involved in many areas of the Company's business, particularly Spain and our non-fishing portfolio.

Michael joined the Company in 2005 having originally worked for Caley Fisheries in Scotland for 17 years as an Administration Officer. He is now involved our underwriting of UK and Ireland as well as our Canadian business.

Paul joined the Company in late 2009 and is currently training as an underwriter within the marine department.

Paul joined Sunderland Marine in 1986 and oversees all non-injury claims for all geographical areas.

Andrew joined Sunderland Marine 2005 and is involved in the handling of hull claims worldwide with specific responsibility to oversee Canadian claims.

Graham joined Sunderland Marine in 1996. He is involved in hull claims worldwide with specific responsibility to oversee Australian claims.

Michael joined Sunderland Marine in 2002. He is involved in hull claims worldwide with specific responsibility to oversee New Zealand claims.

Janet joined Sunderland Marine in 1994 after working for an International Group P&I Club. She oversees and handles P&I and personal accident claims for all geographical areas.

Bev joined the Company in 1997 after working for the Legal Aid Board and has specific responsibility for P&I claims in Spain and the USA.

Tom joined the Company in 1979 as Claims Assistant, before moving to marine underwriting. He transferred to the aquaculture department in 1992 and became head in 2000. He oversees all aspects of aquaculture worldwide.

Kath joined the Company in 1992, and the aquaculture department in 1995. Having gained fourteen years experience in the underwriting department Kath is now involved in all aspects of aquaculture claims.

Martin initially joined the Company as a Risk Management Surveyor for AR(M) Ltd in 1998. He was made the Deputy Manager of the aquaculture department in 2003 and is involved in all areas of underwriting and risk management for our global aquaculture portfolio.

Wilf joined the Company in 2001, and the aquaculture department in 2002. Wilf manages all aspects of aquaculture claims and has specific responsibility for Chile.

Allan joined AR(M) Ltd in 2008 and is based in Durham. With eight years aquaculture experience Allan is involved in all areas of risk management, with particular emphasis on hatcheries and onshore units utilising recirculation technology.

Tom joined AR(M) Ltd in 2002 having previously been involved in the aquaculture industry for more than twenty years. Based in the Company’s Inverness office Tom contributes in all areas of risk management with a focus on the engineering aspects of fish farm installations.

Duncan joined AR(M) Ltd in 2000 and has been involved in the aquaculture industry for more than eighteen years. Based in the Durham office Duncan is involved in all areas of risk management with a particular emphasis on the environmental and biological aspects of aquaculture and fisheries.

Geoff commenced employment with Sunderland Marine in 1972. He is Chief Executive Officer and is based in Durham, England. He was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in 1993. He is also a Director of subsidiary companies and is a member of or an attendee of all committees.

Alison joined Sunderland Marine in 2004, having previously worked as a Senior Audit Manager with KPMG. She oversees Sunderland Marine accounts department and is responsible for financial processes and controls for the group of companies. On 30th June 2010 she was appointed a Director of the Company.

Steve joined the Company in 1980 as a Management Accountant, before moving into treasury management in 1990. He is responsible for, and oversees all aspects of investment and liquidity management, including related risk management controls for Sunderland Marine and associated group companies.

Janet joined Sunderland Marine in 1994 after working for an International Group P&I Club. She oversees and handles P&I and personal accident claims for all geographical areas.

Graham joined the Company in 1989 and was appointed Assistant Company Secretary in 2009, having previously been Assistant Claims Manager for hull & P&I.

Mike joined the Company in 1995 as a Compliance Accountant. He is the Financial Compliance Officer and oversees all aspects of financial compliance for the group.

Craig joined Sunderland Marine in 1996 and oversees all areas of marine underwriting for the Company.

Paul has been associated with the Company since 1983 as an IT supplier and consultant before taking up this full time role in 1995.

Elaine joined the Company in June 2002 and is responsible for all aspects of the Company's HR worldwide.

Alan joined Sunderland Marine in 1998 as Assistant Company Secretary of the Management Company. He was appointed Company Secretary of Sunderland Marine in 2002, having over 20 years experience in company secretarial matters.

Linda joined Sunderland Marine in 1991 having worked in insurance and financial management for 6 years. Linda and her team are responsible for premium management and the collection of the Company's premiums worldwide.

Lisa joined the Company in 2001 and is responsible for all marketing material including advertising, publications and exhibitions.

Paul joined Sunderland Marine in 1986 and oversees all non-injury claims for all geographical areas.

Angela joined the Company in 1990 and has worked within various disciplines in the Company. She is now the Chief Risk Officer and oversees all aspects of risk management throughout the Group. On 30th June 2010 she was appointed a Director of the Company.

Lee joined Sunderland Marine in April 2010 having previously worked as a senior corporate lawyer with international law firm, Eversheds LLP. Lee is the principal internal legal advisor to Sunderland Marine and its associated group companies and oversees all aspects of regulatory control for the group.
