Tom joined the Company in 1979 as Claims Assistant, before moving to marine underwriting. He transferred to the aquaculture department in 1992 and became head in 2000. He oversees all aspects of aquaculture worldwide.

Martin initially joined the Company as a Risk Management Surveyor for AR(M) Ltd in 1998. He was made the Deputy Manager of the aquaculture department in 2003 and is involved in all areas of underwriting and risk management for our global aquaculture portfolio.

Samantha joined the Company in 2005 and is involved in all areas of aquaculture underwriting with specific responsibility for North America, West Coast Canada, East Mediterranean, New Zealand, UK and South Africa. Samantha also undertakes data analysis using aggregation and geographic information systems.

Duncan joined AR(M) Ltd in 2000 and has been involved in the aquaculture industry for more than eighteen years. Based in the Durham office Duncan is involved in all areas of risk management with a particular emphasis on the environmental and biological aspects of aquaculture and fisheries.

Tom joined AR(M) Ltd in 2002 having previously been involved in the aquaculture industry for more than twenty years. Based in the Company’s Inverness office Tom contributes in all areas of risk management with a focus on the engineering aspects of fish farm installations.

Allan joined AR(M) Ltd in 2008 and is based in Durham. With eight years aquaculture experience Allan is involved in all areas of risk management, with particular emphasis on hatcheries and onshore units utilising recirculation technology.

Geoff commenced employment with Sunderland Marine in 1972. He is Chief Executive Officer and is based in Durham, England. He was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in 1993. He is also a Director of subsidiary companies and is a member of or an attendee of all committees.

Aidan joined the Company in August 1995 having previously worked for an International Group P&I Club for over 23 years. Aidan is the Company's Reinsurance Administration Manager.

She oversees Sunderland Marine accounts department and is responsible for financial processes and controls for the group of companies. On 30th June 2010 she was appointed a Director of the Company.
